Quarantine is Over and it is time to begin our
Womens Only Bootcamp!
DWP is different than DHP.
This is a womens only bootcamp designed for women who want to lose weight and reach their goals but might be too intimidated to join our CrossFit classes.
This is a 6 Week Challenge full of fitness classes, nutrition programs and accountability check ins.
Classes are Monday through Friday at 5:30pm.
We are women only working out together, with simple moves that are designed to burn some calories and help you lose fat and tone up muscle.
Classes will be OUTDOORS, socially distanced and with sterilized equipment.
Your safety is our utmost concern and we vow to make sure you feel safe, comfortable and have some fun!
Need help with nutrition? I got your back!
We have a nutritionist on staff that will create a plan for you to get results within these 6 weeks!
Sometimes you need a little extra push with a community of supportive women with the same mindset and goals as you!
Can you really push yourself hard enough when you are alone, at home, with the dogs on your lap, or maybe kids yelling your name…..
Get out of the house and you’ll meet some fabulous ladies!
