➡️What is your favorite workout: Handstand walks, pull-ups, squat snatches, & overhead squats have my heart! 🖤
➡️What do you enjoy most about DHP: The community is so genuine and supportive. The coaches all make you feel comfortable to ask for advice. And there are a lot of strong athletes who inspire me to get stronger!
➡️What is you biggest success since joining DHP: Pistol squats!!! Over 2 years in the making unable to get a single one, and then all of a sudden it clicked last Friday during the Love is Love competition. Managed to do over 100 of them!
➡️Who would you recommend DHP to:
Anyone & everyone (lol). The beautiful thing about this sport & this gym is that it doesn’t matter where you are on your fitness journey. There’s a scale that’s perfect for you & a community cheering you on the entire way.

Get in and out during your lunch break!
Tuesday and Thursday at 12:00 to 1pm
All cardiorespiratory endurance! Burn some calories and get a good sweat!
Sunday afternoons, we are offering a different workout meant to push you to new limits!
There will be qualifications to participate.
