Happy New Year!!!
We are bringing in the new year, with a new location and a stronger mindset than ever!

 So much fun to watch his progress… whether he is stringing together muscle ups with what looks like no effort, or just hanging around having fun, we love every moment.

➡️How many days a week do you attend classes: Started with 3/4 now it’s 4/5

➡️What is your favorite workout:  Anything with muscle ups &/or box jumps

➡️What is you biggest success since joining DHP: Gaining 20 lbs and getting a lot stronger
