➡️How long have you been doing CrossFit:
August 2020, I guess not everything was bad last year.
➡️How many days a week do you attend classes:
3-5 times a week. Two weeks ago I went 6 times. Might try a full 7 days soon.
➡️What is your favorite workout: Usually anyone I haven’t done yet… until I do it and then it’s not my favorite anymore. Just kidding, I enjoy squat cleans and learning to kip. I’m really looking forward to stringing together some kipping pull-ups.
➡️What do you enjoy most about DHP: A lot of the people are really nice and the focus is on doing things right. Technique comes before intensity. I appreciate that and the friendly atmosphere and people. The coaches are awesome too!
➡️What is you biggest success since joining DHP: Getting up before the sun comes up to workout. Haha, that and feeling like an athlete when I learn something new or set a new PR. Looking forward to doing my first bar Muscle up and handstand push-up in 2021. Those are things that require dedication and technique not just strength.
➡️Would you recommend DHP: I’d recommend DHP, especially if someone is looking to break from the mundane. The workouts are intense but the atmosphere is not. It’s okay to fail at DHP and that makes the victories sweeter. Did I mention the awesome coaches???
