Love Is Love Starting Soon

 Starts this coming Friday, February 5th!

A workout will be posted by OutAthletics on Thursday night. 

There are bodyweight movements and that is all we know!
There is also one floater WOD that you complete yourself at any time in the three weeks.  

Friday Night Lights Schedule

February 5
February 12 and
February 19


Morning classes on those three days will be cancelled and doors will open around 4 pm.

It is our hope that you can all attend one of the heats each Friday night.  We will do our best to create a fun, competitive atmosphere with a capped class!
