No matter how long the winter is, Spring will always follow.

Not only has he made big moves in the gym, but he literally helped us move these last few months and we could not be more grateful!  This guy will drop anything to help you out.
  
He is also eager to learn, and extremely coachable in classes.  John is the perfect addition to our DHP Community!

April 22  Earth Day

One of the greatest days of the year!
We can celebrate together outside, depending on the weather!



Murph Is Coming

Time to work on pull ups, pushups, squats and endurance!
Talk to a coach to sign up for a 6 week program to get you ready for
Memorial Day Murph!

Workouts will be posted on SugarWOD when you sign up.  Three workouts per week that you can do before or after classes!
 





Sit Ups For Pups 

Since April 1st, we have been doing as many sit ups as possible to raise awareness for an amazing organization Barbells for Bullies.

Their goal of this challenge is to accumulate over 1.2 million sit-ups, representing the number of lives lost each year due to shelter overpopulation and euthanasia.
