What’s New at DHP April 2020

April 2020!  We CANNOT WAIT to open our doors again!
We hope you and your families are staying safe!

There are still things to do, so
lets help each other stay motivated,
stay fit and healthy! 

Congratulations to our March
Member of the Month!Adrian GomezAdrian has been with us for some time now, and has been a regular 5am class attender!  Not only is he working hard in the workout. he is going the extra mile to make everyone smile.  You know you’ll have a good class when he is there with you.  This is true even on Zoom!
When asked several questions, these were his responses: 
1.  What is your name? 
Adrian “Cheech” Gomez

2. How long have you been training with us? 6 months and 5 days

3. How often per week do you train? about 5 days

4. What is your favorite workout? Murph (LOL) or anything with DB snatches

5. What is your favorite thing about DHP? Knowing that besides getting a great workout in, I will get to start my day off with a bunch of laughs with an awesome group of people, 

6. What has been your biggest success?  getting strength and flexibility back on the left side of my body.  (All my surgeries have been on the left side of my body)

7. Who would you recommend to DHP? To anyone looking for a community type atmosphere

CrossFit has started up a fundraiser mini Open to help out small businesses gyms and we couldn’t be more grateful!
Register online for free or you can make a donation, and if you select our gym, all the proceeds go to us!
Use the #ryourogue and they double your donation to us!

Here is the first workout they posted.  There will be 3 in total.  All moves can be scaled and you can use whatever equipment you have!

You submit your scores on the same website and also when it is posted on SugarWOD.

A New Date for the Weightlifting Seminar will be announced as soon as we know! The second component of the Weightlifting Seminar is coming!  Lets hope you all have been doing your homework….we will test out the moves and see who can PR!

We would greatly appreciate you sharing this information with your friends and family!
